Add a Video Bubble to your website!

So you're interested in creating a video bubble for your site, but you need some guidance. We're here to help! Below is a step-by-step guide to getting your video bubble set up.

1. Go to the Widget section of your account. Select +New Widget.

2. Select the Bubble option from the widget menu. You'll see a preview of the widget to the right as you go through the different options.

3. Select how you would like to add your video. You can upload a pre-recorded video from your desktop, record as you create the widget, or select a video you've previously uploaded to your video library.

4. Customize your bubble. You can name your bubble if you'd like, so it can be easily recognizable later on. You'll go this by selecting the text Bubble Widget at the top of the settings and typing in something like your website name or which page the bubble is being placed on. 

- You can choose the size, colors, font.

- If you'd like to fit the video to the space

- Decide if you'd like to include reply options or turn them off.

- And if you'd like to include the Warm Welcome branding or remove it.

You can see a preview of the video bubble on the right as you customize it!

5. Lastly, type in the URL you'd like the video bubble to appear on. The best way to do this correctly is to open another browser, navigate to the desired page, and copy the URL found in the browser bar, and paste it into the Warm Welcome URL setting.  If you'd like the bubble to appear site wide, leave it on "Default Page". If you'd like the bubble to only appear on a certain page or select pages of a site, then select Specific Page(s) and list the URLs on separate lines.

Once you have the settings for the bubble how you like them, select Done.

6. You'll be taken tot he Share page of the widget. Where you will select "Get Code" under Embed.

7. Select Code Code on the next page.

8. Go to your website builder. The best place to copy/paste the embed code is in the Head HTML section of your site. This is the best option because then you can easily add unique Video Bubbles to different pages of your website without ever having to add another embed code.

*Please note, If your website host doesn't give you access to the Head HTML code section of your website then you can add the code to an HTML widget on a certain page and the Video Bubble will work on that page.

After you've added the code to your site and published the updated change to your site with the Warm Welcome code - You're done!  The bubble should be visible and functional immediately!
