1. Log in at https://app.warmwelcome.com and make sure you have downloaded any contact information or videos that you would like to save.
2. Double check the account login email that is used that can be found here - https://app.warmwelcome.com/settings
3. send an email to help@warmwelcome.com from the account email that you use to login with requesting that the account be deleted.

After we verify the submission you can expect the account to be deleted within 30 days.
