Simple (but powerful) notifications

Knowing what's happening (and when) with your Warm Welcome videos is very important so we have simplified the notification panel.

Seen - This notification is sent when someone sees your widget. For example if you have sent a Video Email then when they open the email it will count as being seen and send you a notification. If you have a Video Bubble or a Video Page embedded on your website then each time that page is loaded you will get a notification. (this could be a lot of notifications)

Watched - This notification is sent when your video has been played. If you have a video on your website that autoplays then you will get a notification each time it plays.

Replied - This notification is sent when someone replies to one of your videos. We'd suggest having email, desktop and mobile notifications on to make sure you don't miss a reply.
